It's noticeable how any criticism of "skeptics" immediately prompts denialist sheeple to pop up and howl about ad hominem attacks. They can't produce any convincing science to back up their arguments, so can only resort to claiming persecution. It is not libel to say "I think Joe Schmo is an idiot", whereas it would be libel to say "Joe Schmo has been arrested and charged with eating babies" when in fact he had not been arrested. Gareth has not said anything that is not factual, as far as I can see. Unless you are suggesting it is illegal to hurt someone's feelings, I don't see why the lawyers would be needed.
